Day 01: Bagdogra/Phuentsoling.
On arrival, you will be received by the representative from Bhutan Amazing Tours and check in Hotel. Discuss with your guide if any changes with the programme ahead and your special interest and preferences during the trip. If time permits, visit Zangdopelri temple, located at the heart of the town. Kharbandi Gompa located on the hilltop overlooking Phuentsoling City. The temple was built in 1967 by the queen mother. It has three main statues - Present Buddha, Indian saint who introduced tantric Buddhism in 8th century and spiritual and temporal ruler Bhutan in 17th century and also there are eight different styles of Tibetan Chorten. Overnight Hotel.

Day 02 : Phuentsoling/Thimphu.179 km
You will take about an hour to obtain your visa, then proceed to Thimphu, which is about 7 hours driving. Lunch at Bunakha Cafeteria. Before entering to Thimphu. Sightseeing in Thimphu valley includes, Memorial Chorten, the beautiful stupa build in the memory of Bhutan's third King. The paintings and statues inside the monument provide a deep insight into Buddhist philosophy. Tashichhodzong, the beautiful medieval fortress/monastery which houses government's offices and also the summer residence of Chief Abbot. Handicrafts Emporium; it displays wide assortment of beautifully hand woven and crafted products. In the evening free walk in Thimphu City. Overnight Hotel.

Day 03 :Thimphu sightseeing.
Thimphu sightseeing includes - Folk and Heritage Museum, which displays day to day livelihood of typical Bhutanese farmers in medieval period and their accessories; Textile museum, wonderful collections of typical textiles from Bhutan. Traditional Hand made Paper Factory; Painting School, which preserves our traditional paintings, sculpturing and wood curving; Afternoon visit Drubthob Lhakhang, the nunnery's monastery overlooking Tashichhodzong; the textile museum, the artistic work of Bhutanese women, especially from eastern Bhutan; Sangay Gang to see Takin, the national animal of Bhutan. National Handicraft Emporium, the best place to look for souvenir from Bhutan.

Day 04 : Thimphu/Punakha. (78kms) 3 hours.
After breakfast proceed to Punakha across Dochula pass (3,100m). The pass offers the most spectacular view over the greater eastern Himalayas including highest peak of Bhutan. Punakha the capital city of Bhutan till 1955 and still the Je Khenpo, the Chief of Abbot resides there during the winter season. Visit Punakha Dzong built by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyel in 1638 and situated at the junction of Pho Chu and Mo Chu Rivers. Afternoon short excursion about an hour to the temple of divine madman, also well known as the temple of fertility. It is fascinating to walk through villages and the rice fields. Overnight Hotel YT or similar.

Day 05 : Punakha/Paro 5 hours, 130 km
Morning short excursion to Khamsum Yuelley Namgyel Chorten. This chorten is dedicated to our present crown prince and for the world peace. Hike will take you around 45 minutes each way. Proceed to Thimphu for lunch. Afternoon drive to Paro, to visit Ta Dzong (national Museum), overall collections of Bhutanese religion, customs and traditional arts & crafts. Overnight hotel.

Day 06 : Paro.
After breakfast, visit Rinpung Dzong (the fortress of the heap of Jewels built in the 17th century), traditionally this is the office of district governor's and the living place for monks. Ruined Drukgyel Dzong, the place of historic war between Tibet and Bhutan in 17th century; Kyichu Lhakhang (till courtyard), built in 7th century during the reign of first Tibetan king. Afternoon hike to Taktsang (Tiger's nest), which will take you about one and half hour to get there and one hour to return. Evening leisure walk in Paro mini town. Overnight in hotel.

Day 07 : Paro/Chela excursion
After breakfast drive to Chele la Pass (4000m). From here you can view the Mt. Chomolhari 24,000 ft.), Mt. Tshering Gang (22,700 ft.) and Mt. Jichu Drake (22,300 ft.). Then hike to Kila Gompa, the Nunnery Monastery. This Goemba is nestled in a craggy patch on the mountainside below the Chele la pass, and surrounded by numerous huts, perched precariously along the rock face. Kila Goemba is serene homage for 32 Anim (Buddhist nuns) who lead an undisturbed life of religious studies, prayer and meditation.
This Anim Dratshang is one of the oldest of seven nunneries in the Kingdom, along with the Jachung Karmo Nunnery in Punakha. Dupthob Chhoeje Norbu and Dupthob Temba initially established it in the early ninth century as a meditation site. After being destroyed by fire, the Lhakhang was reconstructed by the 25th Je Khenpo, Sherab Gyaltsen. In 1986, the Government officially established Kila Goemba as an Anim Dratshang. This Goemba is historically significant as a sacred meditation site for renowned saints including Dupthob Chilkarwa, a student of Pelden Drukpa of Kagyupa sect.
Then stroll back to the bus to drive back to hotel for overnight

Day 08 : Paro/Exit.
After early breakfast in the hotel drive to the airport for flight to onward destination.
